Doug Stranahan started his career in real estate in 1977 and was hired by one of the largest real estate firms in southeast Michigan to build a real estate sales and management training program. In 1980 he joined Century 21 of Michigan and met Bob Hutchinson. In that same year he and Bob started Recruiting, Selection & Retention, Inc.

Jack Walker, PHd., a noted behavioral psychologist, was commissioned to design and validate the Potential Performance Pro-file with the sole purpose of producing an interview and selection tool that could be used by real estate Brokers and Managers in hiring agents.
